We are now taking orders for our 2020 SNAC Digital personalised Christmas Card.
After a difficult year, we have decided to show our support for the NHS, and will share the proceeds from these sales with SPARN (Scottish Paediatric and Adolescent Rheumatology Network).
If you would like to order, please follow the simple steps below
1) Pay £5.00 by Virgin Money (link below) – please leave a message on the site with your name and the words Xmas card.

2) Please email sharondouglas@snac.uk.com with the names you would like on the card e.g. ‘The Smith Family’ e.g. ‘Jane & Tom’
3) We will then email you your personalised digital card to be uploaded to Social media, emailed, shared, even printed (as you wish).
Closing date for orders will be the 22nd December.
